• You can pay through Cash on Delivery
• Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs.1999.
• We charge Rs.150 on all orders under the value of Rs.1999.
• Orders placed by 4:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
• Orders received after 4:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
• Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Delivery time is between 4 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However, delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
• We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.
• We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. We will try at least twice to deliver your order at the address indicated by you.

Refund Policy

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY – OPTION4U

All products purchased from Option4U can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:

• The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as what was actually purchased.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to info@option4u.com or by calling at 030-0000000 / 030-0000000, in case you want to raise a dispute. At Option4U, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and strive to be fair to both parties.

• A replacement will be sent in case of a defective/faulty/damaged item.
• You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item to info@option4u.com within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise via a traceable delivery method (e.g., courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address. A fee of Rs 200 will be charged on replacement parcels where the customer wants to change the item or size.

• Delivery charges will not be refunded.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products. Rs 250 will be deducted for delivery charges in case of a refund.

Scenarios Where Returns & Exchanges Cannot Be Supported

There are certain situations where we are unable to accommodate return or exchange requests. These include, but are not limited to:

• The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
• The product is damaged due to use.
• The product has been tampered with.
• The customer has returned the product but failed to specify what they want in exchange via written email or WhatsApp chat as proof of conversation.
